We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer that is keenly aware of where the industry is going and is in a never-ending pursuit to test new strategies.

This position is a combination hands-on, strategic, and management role. You will work with marketing specialists, designers, project managers, and developers to drive marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. Campaigns will include marketing strategies for SEO, PPC, social, and more.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Digital Marketing Specialists
  • Interface with clients to discuss marketing strategy, channels, and performance
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns for clients based on their unique needs
  • Prepare project briefs that communicate the campaign goals, key audience segments, and measures of success
  • Work with various team members to ensure marketing copy and design is on brand and drives customer engagement
  • Deliver campaign reports for performance, metrics, and recommendations for improvement
  • Manages direct reports, vendors and agency relationships
  • Identify and optimize new marketing activities to drive revenue and efficiencies
