Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and highly innovative team in Houston, Texas. Your goal is to drive new software development business by building and maintaining a strong network in the Houston area and in industry verticals. You are a self-starter that thrives on making personal connections and lasting relationships.

Your day to day activities will include the following:

  • Engage in events that target Poetic’s ideal customer profile
  • Attend trade shows/conferences, networking events, Chamber of Commerce events, and other networking activities to establish relationships in the Houston area
  • Track activity and progress in our CRM
  • Prepare and present presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain relationships with leads and clients
  • Work with the Poetic leadership and sales team to report progress and refine sales strategies

The right candidate has a proven track record and values the following qualities:

  • Driven by compensation tied to results
